Since winning Big Brother Series 2 in 2001 Brian has never looked back - going on to become an established TV/Radio presenter, voice over artist, corporate host and Panto star. Still universally loved, Brian was voted 'The Nation's Favourite Big Brother Housemate Ever 'by the public in 2005 2007.' In 2010 Brian received the supreme accolade of being voted the fans No1 housemate in C4's last series "Ultimate Big Brother".
Brian would like to thank everyone for their unconditional support over the years, saying he has 'the most amazing and loyal fans in the world'.
Brian is hosting this year's Doncaster Pride which takes place on Sunday 17th August 2008.The event which is in it's second year is taking place in the Market Place from 2 - 9pm and Brian will be presenting and hosting the 3 - 6pm slot from the main stage.
Vice Chair of Doncaster Pride Jenny Dewsnap said of the news "We've been "chasing" Brian for a good few weeks now and we're absolutely thrilled he's agreed to come and present for us. This is only the second Doncaster Pride and we feel its news like this - along with Katrina headlining and Jane McDonald agreeing to be our Patron - that stakes us a claim as one of the fastest growing and best regional prides in the entire country never mind Yorkshire or the North of England".
Brian has today hosted the prestigious Silver Clef Nordoff-Robbins music awards.
Award winners at the Park Lane Hilton were Oasis, who were honoured with a lifetime achievement award, the The Fratellis, who picked up best British band, and Amy MacDonald, who was named newcomer of the year. Canadian singer-songwriter Bryan Adams took home the Ambassador of Rock prize.
Brian is this week's Celebrity Spin DJ on Heat Radio. This Friday July 4th between 5.30pm and 8pm where he plays his choice of tracks to listen to while getting ready for a night out.

On Friday 20th June, a star studded judging panel crowned Sinead Noonan (Miss Meath) the new Miss Ireland at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Santry, Dublin.
A 21-year-old drama student from Dunboyne, Sinead hopes to become a famous Irish actress and open her own drama school.
The event was hosted by Brian Dowling and Myleene Klass and was attended by Ireland's most famous along with the contestants’ family and friends. National and international celebrity judges on the panel included Miss World 2006 Tat'ana Kucharova, Louis Walsh, Amanda Byram, Pamela Flood, Rachel Kavanagh and Matt DiAngelo. After the crowning Shayne Ward performed for the crowd.
First runner-up to the Miss Ireland crown was Sarah Stokes from Laois. Second runner-up was Aoife Gallager from Clare.
Miss Ireland receives a prize package worth up to €100,000 including €10,000 in cash and the use of a Hyundai coupe during the year. A newly crowned Miss Ireland will travel to Ukraine to take part in the Miss World final on Oct. 4th.
Friday night sees the Final of the Miss Ireland Pageant 2008. This glittering event is being hosted by Brian Dowling and Myleene Klass, and judges for the event are Tat’ana Kucharova, Louis Walsh, Amanda Byram, Matt DiAngelo, Gary Kavanagh, Rachel Kavanagh, Pamela Flood, Luca Hickey, Lelia Naidoo,and Eanna Casey. Guests on the night will be entertained by Shayne Ward.
The evening will begin with a champagne reception followed by dinner and then the show, before one lucky winner is plucked from the 38 finalists to be crowned Miss Ireland 2008.

Brian is hosting the Miss Ireland Pageant Final on June 20th 2008. He will be hosting this prestigious event alongside Myleene Klass, who he has had the pleasure of working with before when they presenting the Variety Club Showbiz Awards in 2005.
The launch for the 2008 Miss Ireland Pageant took place on April 24th at Lillies Bordello.

Launch of Miss Ireland Pageant ‘08
The 2008 Miss Ireland Pageant was launched in Lillies Bordello on Thursday, 24th April by organiser, Krishna Naidoo. Details were, announced of the judging panel and presenters for the final, which will take place in The Crowne Plaza, Santry on Friday June 20th.
Joining former Miss Dublin and Pageant Director Lelia Naidoo as members of the judging panel will be TV presenter Amanda Byram, former Eastenders star and Strictly Come Dancing contestant Matt di Angelo, Miss World 2006 Tatana Kucharova and top hair stylist Gary Kavanagh. Further judges will be confirmed in the coming weeks.

Co-hosted by Myleene Klass and Brian Dowling, the final promises to be a glamorous, star-studded event with entertainment from one of the biggest solo artists from the past two years – Shayne Ward.
The dancers that will perform in the show have appeared in London’s West End in shows such as “Chicago”, “Guys and Dolls” and “Dirty Dancing.”
With a prize package of over €100,000 up for grabs, including €10,000 cash, this year’s Miss Ireland promises to be a hotly contested event with each county being represented. The regional heat winners will compete for the prestigious Miss Ireland title and to be the first to wear the newly designed crown at the Miss World final. Contestants will compete in beachwear, daywear which is sponsored by Pamela Scott, and evening wear sections.
With the Miss Ireland pageant celebrating its 60th year, the Miss Ireland gala final promises to be one of the best yet.
